Client Responsibilities

Payment and Refund Policy
Full payment for coaching services is required prior to the commencement of the engagement. We accept payment via credit card or bank transfer. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with our services, we may issue a refund on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please submit a written request within 10 days of your last coaching session. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Richard Trenner・Princeton Writing Coach.
